What is this anime movie called?!

I only remember bits and pieces of it!.!.!. It starts with the main character, who I think is a prince or something, trying to kill this worm-covered beast from his village and gets some kind of curse from touching it: a disease that covers his hand and arm!. He sets out to get the cure (I think!?) Meets a girl who was raised by wolves!. And at the end they fight these monsters that are covered with worms which underneath are boars!.
