Question: Movies Sound Tracks and Rock Bands This question is for the age above 15 years old!!!?
Someone just ask a question about what band do you think songs has been used in the most in movies so I said "The Rolling Stones"
which i know is true and I get thumbs down for it!!!
So I'm just wondering if anyone out there gets the question that was ask!?
The guy who ask the question didn`t ask who is your favorite band!? He ask what bands have been used in movie sound tracks the most!.
So i am asking you all who do you think "NOT Your Favorite" but who do you think has been used in most Movie sound tracks!?
I SAY:
The Movie "Good Fellas" "The Rolling Stones" songs "Gimmie Shelter"
"Monkey Man" and im sure im leaving some songs out!
Ok now
The Movie "Casino" had" Rolling Stones" songs "Heart of Stone"Gimmie Shelter" Can you hear me knocking" "Sweet Virginia"
OK The movie:
"apocalypse now" had "I Cant get no Satisfaction"
The Movie Fallen" Starring "Denzel Washington" Had "Time is on my side" and "Sympthy For the devil"
A movie called "The Fan" had "Start me up "and "Gimmie shelter"
"The Devils Advocate" had the songs"Paint it Black"
"Stir of Echo`s" had "Paint it Black"
The Movie "Jumping Jack Flash" had the song "Jumping Jack Flash"
all those movies have had the Stones as sound track and the songs i named were all "Rolling Stones" songs
and The list could go on and on !!
So Tell me what you guys think if you don`t mind please :)
and remember even if it`s not you favorite band it still could be possibale for the stones songs that has been used the most!.

Yes I believe your right!. And I just don't say that because I'm a Rolling Stones Fan!. The only other one I can think of it Bob Dylan but he's Folk/Rock!. And still I'm not sure if he beats the StonesWww@Enter-QA@Com
Yeah thats alot of songs by The Rolling Stones, so I am going to have to agree they might be the winners
Do bands that are in the movies count also!? Like The Beatles, they would be pretty high up on the songs on soundtracks list!.

The problem with the beatles is that they don;t allow that for their music, whereas the Stones do, With the possible exception of Elvis, you could be rightWww@Enter-QA@Com

Yeah I think you are right !! and the thing with the stones is they have wrote some great songs of each and every ERA and they wrote all kind of songs that has been chosen by directors cause they the best!! I can`t imagine a good movie that would wan`t "ab la da ab la" or "Yellow submarine" or "i want to hold your hand" by the Beatles ha lol!!!!!! so the stones win this hands down!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
