There was a scifi tv movie in which there were survivors of a disease caused by a "fountain of youth drug!." It was filmed in the Dallas, TX area, I believe!. The characters also wore crystals around their necks that showed compatibility with other survivors!. The rest of the population were transformed into caveman-like creatures!.
