What the name of the movie from the 80's/early 90's where 2 teens steal !

It was made in the late 80's/early 90's!. The plot involves 2 kids (about 13)!. One is black the other is white!. They steal a car and hit the road!. I don't remember much else except that at the beginning the white kid goes fishing with his dad and gets the birds and the bees speech!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
