Question: How to pitch a blockbuster movie idea!?
I want to pitch a movie idea based on a famous cartoon strip!.!.it will cost little to actually make, but I want to cast a few big names, as well as "unknowns" through casting calls!. I want to pitch my concept to the creators of the comic, as well as big movie execs!.!.I seriously think I have something bankable here, that will kill at the boxoffice and create a lot of stir!.!.how do I start!? Why do I say this!?
Well look at the amount of comic book heroes that have been made into 'blockbusters' lately, the ones that made it are the action type and even then they are a limited few!.
Don't you think that the people who make these movies are more than capable of spotting what will sell enough to be a blockbuster and what will flop!?
Now I am not by any means an expert in any of this, it is purely based upon my personal judgement, but I doubt that a cartoon strip that has not jumped out at the film makers as potential, can be touted as a blockbuster by you, no offence intended!.

no need to join a film school or need to be modest!.!.!. i'm a film school student!. i've noticed that the best of the best movies share the same pitch theme or base!.

THEN he lost his back bone!. his uncle, and learned that with great powers comes great responsiblity!.
UNTIL he decided to fight crime with his super powers & got to a point where he had to choose his love over his job of saving innocent people

Get a degree in film!. It gives you some oomph and respect, and contacts!
I am egging to be a scripdeveloper myself and luckily got the best lecturer!. You can't 'pitch' a movie to any film house, but can try indie cinema!

they will make it
