I'm pretty sure that Risky Business is an R rated movie, and yes, they did have PG-13 in 1987!.
At the same time, I first saw it when I was about 10 years old, and it wasn't a problem for me or my parents!. I think it would be fine for a 14/15 year old!.

If you are fourteen, you are under the control of a parent or guardian so you need to follow what their wishes!.
In three years you will be seventeen and be able to see any movie except x-rated (which are boring after 60 seconds anyway)!.
You will have more than enough time to watch movies so work on something else now like studying!. The more you study now the less you will need to later and have more time for movies!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
