Need help with a movie name?!

I've been trying to think of the name of this movie and it's been driving me nuts that I can't figure it out!. It's this 90s martial arts/ninja movie!. It may or may not involve 2 or 3 young-ish brothers, but there's one specific scene I can remember!. One of the main characters is at a Chinese restaurant (maybe his grandfathers) and these bad guys come in and he fights them using his hand-held video game!. Like whatever he does in the hand-held video game happens in real life!. On the video game he sticks chopsticks up the bad guys nose, so in real life one of the bad guys sticks chopsticks up one of the other bad guys noses!. I also remember there being an octopus somewhere in that scene!. Thanks for your help!
