Question: Old sci-fi movie from the 80's!?
Don't know the actors or the year but I'm sure it came out during the 80's!.
The few scenes I remember are a little boy who was smart made some toys/robots out of a bunch of house-hold items!. For some reason these toys/robots came alive and wanted to kill the family!. I think the only people in the house were the little boy and his older sister!. And I remember one of his toys/robots had a vacuum hose that would attach to your mouth and suffocate you (which it did to some guy)!. And another scene where the vacuum hose toy/robot was going after the kid cause he kept sneezing(!?) and the older sister was making a banging noise to get the toy/robot's attention!.
A little (ok, A LOT) vague, but hopefully you movie buffs can help me!.

The episode starts as a teenaged Jennifer (Nile Lanning) arrives at the Warren household to babysit young Buddy (Eric Jason) for his mother, Beth (Bonnie Gallup)!. Buddy has been messing around in his father's workshop and shows Jennifer his latest invention, the Noise Eater, a sinister device that looks like a mutant vacuum cleaner!. It "eats" the noise from any object that dares make one!. The Noise Eater accidentally is switched on, then its remote control is destroyed!. Unable to turn it off, Buddy and Jennifer must stay silent yet find a way to disable it or become one of its victims, as its appetite for noise is never satisfied!. It's rather bizarre to see this machine with a vacuum cleaner pipe as a neck and mouthlike opening at the end, stalking anything noisy!. It ends up killing the family bird, the dog and Buddy's mother, so the body count is quite high in this one!
