I really loved this movie but it's a bit confusing for me at the end!.
WHat happens to Prot at the end, does he go back to K-PAX, the other patient Bess, and what about Robert Porter!?

In the book it's basically that the guy developed multiple personality disorder after what happend, BUT!.!. it is also a real presence in his body!.!. the guy had a space to be filled, and Prot is an entity who filled it!.!. so it is both a mental disorder AND an alien "possession"!.!. (for lack of a better term)
I loved the book!.!. the movie was pretty good, but could have been better!.!. (Spacey was awesome as usual though)Www@Enter-QA@Com
