Help me name this movie...?!

Its about a nanny that comes and lives with this family and in the end she kidnaps the baby and puts it in a tree in the woods along with other baby's that she kidnapped and Im guessing that is what keeps her alive then she turns into a wolf and goes to the house and try to kill the parents!. The guy goes into the woods and finds the tree and cuts it down and blood starts poring out of it!. and you can see the baby's face coming through the tree!.
I know it sounds really weird but I seen it along time ago and I cant figure out the name!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
