Ok, so I can barely remember anything about this movie!.!.!.

IMDb synopsis:
Curt loves Julie very much!. So much so that, when she asks Curt to break into his father's top-secret Army test center, he agrees!. What they discover is that they are testing the zombie gas to see if it can become a usable bioweapon against terrorist and communist countries!. They escape after letting one of the monsters loose, and, while in the mist of a blind panic, Curt crashes his motorcycle, killing Julie!. Curt can't live without her and again sneaks on the base to use the gas on Julie!. Now, Julie starts to act strangely, and, when she takes a bite out of a Latino gang member, they are chased!. Perhaps a new wave of zombies will be unleashed on the unsuspecting city!.

I actually think it might be "Ginger Snaps" (2000) its about 2 sisters and one becomes a werewolf and ofcourse to hold the process she's piercing herself with silver!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
