Which movie is the one I'm describing?!

There was this very hot blond young woman and a little fat loser (who was on some sort of board of financial advisers for the woman's company) was in love with her so he hired this black guy to give him dating advice!. So he started critically of the woman's policies and resigned to stir her interest and in the end she fell for him but then found out about the dating advice he'd been getting so then broke up but then they made up of course!. A secondary plotline involved the black guy also learning "valuable lessons" on love and what not!. I think the girl couldn't whistle or dance!? Sorry I realize this is sort of a pointless question but I've been thinking about this for a while and I don't seem to make any progress lol!. So thanks!Www@Enter-QA@Com
