If you notice, when he leaves the police station, the detective who questioned him stares at the bulletin board and is astounded by the fact that many of the names Verbal mentioned are right there on the board and it dawn's on him that he just let one of the greatest gangsters of all time waltz out of the station!.

You are lead to believe that!. If you look at the bulletin board that is sitting behind the cop interviewing him, most of the stuff "Keyser Soze" mentions is on that bulletin board!. You are lead to believe that he was "making it up" as he went along!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
