I just finished reading the book last week!. It is about a woman and man who are both divorced!. The woman is looking after her friends Inn and the man checks in, he was a Dr!. He just sold his house and his practice and went to Rodanthe to talk to a man who's wife he had operated on years before!. The mans wife had died and they were trying to sue him!. He ends up meeting the woman and they fall in love over the course of a weekend!. He and his son have not spoken for some time and the man goes to work with his son and says when he makes things right with his son he will come back to be with her, but he dies saving his sons life!. The son writes the woman and tells her what has happened!. It is really sad!. I haven't seen the movie yet, but I want to!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
