Is the 4GB limit on a free Graboid account permanent or monthly?!

I'm having problems finding out stuff about Graboid accounts!. I just downloaded it and set up a free account and it gave me 4GB (which I have not yet used)!. So my question is, when I use up my 4GB do I get another 4GB next month (or week or year or w/e), or is that it (until I upgrade or set up another account)!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
