Because the actor who played them have Australian accents!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Aussies and Kiwis can sound alike to an American, but if you listen to their vowels and especially diphthongs you can tell the difference!. Interestingly, Morrison was not the original voice of Bobba Fett in the original and 1990's theatrical releases of Episodes 4-6!. That actor's name was Jason Wingreen!. Morrison's voice was dubbed over Wingreen's on the 2004 DVD release of episodes 4-6 Www@Enter-QA@Com

They don't sound like Australians they sound like NEW ZEALANDER'S!!!!!! The actor Temuera morrison is from New Zealand, which is next to Australia, but the accent is hugely different in fact there is a great deal of mocking between the two countries about them!.
