Bary Crouch Junior who attacked Alistair Moody before he left to teach at Hogwarts, then disguised himself as Moody to put Harry's name in the Goblet and get him to the end of the Tournament and to win so when Harry touched the Tri-Wizard cup it would take him to Little Hangleton to raise He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named from his Horcruxish self!

Barty was using polyjuice potion to be Moody so he could help Harry as much as possible to get to the last Tri Wizard challenge,
Moody turned the cup into a port-key, so when Harry touched it he went directly to voldemort!.
