It shows a vulnerable side of a human!. Like how in The Grudge, someone was in the shower and the grudge managed to attack them!. It shows that what people may do daily and/or personally is also a time which people are more easily able to get hurt or killed!. In other words, when you're naked or are in the middle of a sexual assult or interactment, you become less protected!. In the way that, you don't wear clothes or you're focused more on another person than you are yourself, you forget to watch out!.
Or, if someone has had a sexual involvment, it may be to lead someone on, to make them trust another person, who actually have secret intent to kill or injure them!. To gain fake trust just to get close to your victim!. Otherwise, it's just a strange lust that most people who write horrors have!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
