No that's not true, there has been a lot of rumours and people making stuff up about this film just to get others on the bandwagon of hating it without even seeing it first, which is crazy!. Her character is raped you only see her face with a hand over her mouth, it's very dark during the scene!. Are you asking if the nudity would make it illegal or the simulated rape!? I don't know if the nudity would (there isn't any in this film anyway) but I think in general films just stay away from child nudity, there are too many sick people out there!. But as far as the simulated rape goes, no it doesn't make the film illegal in any way, there are many films out there that deal with the issue of child abuse and many have much more graphic scenes than this film!. The scenes are usually shot in multiple takes and then pieced together and they use a lot of body doubles which is why you will almost never see the child's face in the same scene as their body, since it isn't their body!. This film just got a lot more press for the scene because Dakota is so well known!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
