Can someone give me the name of this movie, possibly from the 80s?!

I watched this movie as a kid in the 80's!. What I remember from it was that there were two little monsters, but as tall as a young kid, who were exhibited as stoned statues at a museum!. Then this normal little girl, who is visiting that same museum passes by them and some how turns them into real monsters!. I think she did that accidentally and maybe without realizing it!. One of them turns out to be good and the other bad, and I think they had to be past enemies!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
