Do they do something before hand to prevent an erection from happening or if it happens it happens during a scene and they don't do anything about it!.

From what I know about shooting a love scene, it is harder (pardon the pun) to get erect than it is to keep one away!.
You have two people that don't really have an attraction to each other, surrounded by cameras, directors, extras, grips, costars, etc!.
They are constantly being told what to do, change position!.

I actually doubt that it is a genuine problem!. Most men would actually find it very difficult to be aroused in the setting of a normal motion picture with lights and cameras, dozens of people (male and female) and repeated re-takes!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
