Which of these action movie actors is the best?!

Speaking solely on acting ability, I'd probably have to give it to Christian Bale!. He seems to be able to handle just about any role effectively!. If we're talking about the ability to execute amazing feats of agility, I'd give it to Jackie Chan--his martial arts ability is phenomenal!. And finally, if you're talking about sheer star power, I'd give it to Arnold Schwarzenegger!. He parlayed his action star status to governor of California! And he's not even from America! Sorry but I don't consider Will Smith to be an action movie actor, but I would have to say Steven Segal and Van Damme!. I can't stand Jackie Chan I think he is so phony!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I see you added Bruce Willis to your list, he's gotten a lot better in his movies but I still say Steven Segal and Van Damme they've been at it longer!.
