I loved the movie Titanic!. I believe that it showed that true love can go on forever!. I also like it because it depicts a historical event very accurately, I'm big on historical fiction movies!. The songs were beautiful, the costumes were perfect, the effects (sinking scene) were amazing, and the acting was incredible!. Although, it is "one of the sappiest chick flicks ever", it is also guy-friendly I think because it isn't overdone!. I also like the fact that when old Rose dies in her sleep, she goes back to the Titanic, and meets Jack!. Her husband was probably like "What the Hell!?" (not Cal, the one who she got married to after the Titanic sank!.)Www@Enter-QA@Com
I liked it!. Not my all time favorite by any means, but still a good flick!. One of the main reasons is because there are very few pure romantic films put out by Hollywood anymore!. They've all got to be romantic comedies, a genre I'm beginning to truly despise, which is heavy on the comedy light on the romance!.
I like that Cameron put forward a lot of effort to make sure it was accurate and the movie felt very rich in details and scenery as a result!.
Plus, it's a really good disaster flick!. it does a great job of building up an atmosphere of invincibility and then shattering it!. you really feel badly for all these people, most of whom have never even been formally introduced in the movie (the woman reading her daughters a bedtime story because she can't get them on a boat, the older couple curled up on the bed because she won't leave him and he won't get on a boat!.)Www@Enter-QA@Com
