Ok, so I stayed up way too late one night when I was in elementary school, and I can only remember snippets of it!. I wanna think it was one of those really really cheesy late night movies!.!.!.
Ok, so the main guy gets shot at the beginning, because the cop claims he saw the guy reach for a gun (the cop knew there was no gun btw)!. The man gets taken in by this community of people with weird powers!. One little girl looks like a shrivled pig thing when she gets out in the sunlight, and her mom tells the man to pick her up, and as soon as she is in the shade, she is a normal girl!. also, the woman can turn into smoke!.
At one point in time the smoke lady takes her top off to entice a security guard, and then turns her arm into smoke and sticks it thru the guy's heart somehow!.!.!.
