High school musical, he he scares me in more ways than some adult films, but I guess that's not the answer your looking for!. Hard to say which one is the scariest as I find if you watch alone things are more scary than when watched in a group as it gets inside your head more, The Descent was very tense though (or maybe it's just plain Descent, about some pot holers)
Event Horizon / The Shining (similar in some ways)
The Entity (as it's based on a real persons experience)
and one i'm looking forward to is The eye, I've been told not to watch the new american remake and to find the original though

A documentary about those inbred freaks in America who've started their own website called GodHatesFags!. They actually turn up at the funeral of American soldiers killed in the Middle East, just to chant that God hates fags, and that the death of Americans (gay or straight) is punishment from God for America tolerating homosexuality!.
