What is the name of that movie with a monk?!

I remember the monk could dodge punches by spinning on his heels, while eating a bowl of cereal!. I think the point of the movie was that he needed to fight off these German Nazi soldiers, or something along those lines!. Does anyone know the title of this movie!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
