What is that up tempo song at the beginning of 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall!

The singer says something like, "Everybody!" but I can't place the name of the song or the artist!. I checked the soundtrack listing and it's not on there!. This song has eluded me for a long time, but it rocks!! Someone help!.
