Question: What are the social classes in the movie Philadelphia!?

Answers:
Well, there are many different social classes and groups in the movie !. (which is an excellent movie, by the way AND highly advised you watch it too) =)
The character that Tom Hanks plays is gay, thus a group portrayed as well as the character portrayed by the lawyer (Denzel Washington) whom obviously has never had any contact with someone homosexual!.
(thus, perhaps homophobic!?)
The people whom are in the workplace where Tom Hanks works are obviously considered High class, basically because they determine themselves of higher standards, (or they wouldn't have fired Tom to begin with) concerned about the public's opinion!.
Hope this helps, just tossing in my two cents worth!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
