A Good, But Age Appropriate Halloween Movie?!
Question: A Good, But Age Appropriate Halloween Movie!?
What movie would be good for 13 year old boys at a Halloween party!? It doesn't have to be Halloween-ish!.!.!.just scary!.
I don't think something like "Saw" is age-appropriate, so that's out!.
I was thinking something like
"The Others," "Potergeist," "Arachnaphobia,"The Birds" "The Sixth Sense," "Jaws," "Cloverfield," "Van Helsing,"
Are any of those too scary, or too lame, or otherwise not good for 13 year olds!?

"Cloverfield" is a good monster-attacks-Manhattan movie (like "Godzilla")!.
"Van Helsing" I found to be tounge-in-cheek and action packed!.
The two "Underworld" movies are OK (vampires vs!. werewolves)
The "Hellboy" animated movies are also good: "Hellboy: Sword of Storms" and "Hellboy: Blood and Iron"

you have some good choices, but they might have already seen them or they are dated!. cloverfield was good i think, but i'm not quite sure if they'll be interested as it's kind artsy (though i LOVED it)

I'd suggest "What Lies Beneath"!. One of the scariest movies i've seen in a LONG time!. And movies don't scare me often!. But it's scary in a good way!. I had such a fun time watching it with my friends!.
EDIT: I agree with Kevin!. The Sixth Sense would probably bore 13-year-olds, and it's not very scary!. Arachnophobia made me paranoid of spiders for quite some time afterwards!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The adventures of Ichabod and Mr!. Toad, those are both great disney cartoons and Ichabod is quite spooky, it scared me when I saw it at 9 years old and I still watch it most Halloweens though I forgot last year!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
