"The Sixth Sense" and "Unbreakable" by M!. Night Shyamalan also have surprise endings!.
"Psycho" and "Saboteur" by Alfred Hitchcock have twists at the end, also!.

The best movie (as far as twist/surprise endings go) I've ever seen is Shattered which stars Tom Berenger and Greta Scacchi!. I'm not a fan of his but this movie is awesome considering the ending!. It is a suspense/thriller movie and is acutally good even from the acting view!. Give it a shot and you will see!Www@Enter-QA@Com
The ending to SAW was a shocker & so was THE SIXTH SENSE!.
