There are a couple references to "Sith Witches" in the comics and books but most of them are from the time period from 5000 years to 1000 years before ep IV!.
The only mention of "witches" in the "modern" era of the Star Wars time line are the NightSisters of the planet Dathomir !.!.!. they are also referred to as "the witches of Dathomir"!. These references can be found in the book titled: "The Courtship Of Princess Leia"!. The book was written by Dave Wolverton!. It is set about about 4 years after the events of ep VI and tells the story of how Han and Leia got married!.
