He was exactly what you said a reporter!. An investigative journalist who was in charge of investigating the building that was set on fire by the junkie!. He was paid off the bury the story!. He knew everybody because they were all apart of his investigation!. They all knew about the murders but no one said anything because not saying anything benifited them more then confessing!. thats why jigsaw chose them!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
