Question: The name of an early 90's late 80's halloween kid movie!.!?
theres a boy trying to save his dad's candy factory!. the factory is near a lake that i believe is dried up!. There may be a drought in the town!. The lake is needed to power the mill connected to the factory!. Nobody seems to remember and I was very little when I watched it!. Im thinking there were some creaturs in it that liked candy too!.
