What do u think of this idea?!

Question: What do u think of this idea!?
So Sarah is a 17 years old girl living in USA with her family!. She is having so many psychological problems (feels like she's nobody, etc) and she don't know how to ask for help!. Her mum offered her a visit to a psychiatrist but she refuses every time!. Sarah then finds her imaginary friend (mine was Carrie Underwood!) and she talks to her friend about it!. One day while she was coming home she got hit by a car and although doctors managed to save her, but she is in coma!. Now, away from the real world, she thinks its a better place to be but soon she realizes that she miss talking to people (its only her and her imaginary friend)!. Now its up to her deciding whether to wake up or not!. They will both go through many adventures in the imaginary world to try and find herself again!.

I've decided to name it "I'm !.!.!.!.body" because people watching it will fill in the blanks after dealing with their problems!.

The purpose of the movie is:
-to let the people watching it know that they are not the only one having problems!.
-It will help them talk about their problems and how to open up to someone!.
-Make the world a better place!

Now if u like the idea tell me how to improve it and why did u like it!.
If u think the idea is a waste of money and time, tell me why and suggest better ideas!. Rate the idea as if you're a movie critic!.
I've thought of doing it as an animated film (live action won't be fun)!.

Thanks to all who answered!.
