its about a psycho whos been put into jail,hes gonna have a transplant to save this guy's(frank) son!.the guy manages to escape and he like holds all these ppl as hostages and then he escapes from the jail and then he gets caught again and franks son lives cause the guy does the transplant, in the end the psycho pulls out a gun on some cop guy-ok so i never watched it properly cause i was tired and wasnt paying attention but if u find out what it's called plz tell me!. thanks alot =DWww@Enter-QA@Com
