Well, it was only a movie!. But, the reason he lost his job to begin with is because this was during the time when Communism was a big thing!. If it was even suggested that you had ties with the communist party then you lost everything!. It was a very crazy time, look it up on the internet!. I assumed when I watched it that he was able to prove he did not have ties with the reds and he got his job back that way!. You just have to use your imagination!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
