To the people who have said no !.!.!. ummm, what movie were you watching!? If you recall Anakin gets a seat on the Jedi Council!. In that scene Mace Windu says to Anakin, "You are on this council but we do not grant you the rank of Master!."
The answer is yes !.!.!. he was a Knight for the entire ep III movie!. If you are familiar with the animated Clone Wars micro-series that ran on the Cartoon Network in 2003 & 2004 during the run up to the release of ep III the Council elevates Anakin to the level of Jedi Knight in chapter 21 of that micro-series!.
