Question: Can anyone help me find a movie!?
When I was little I saw a movie and I have been trying to find it but haven't had any luck!.
It was in this small town in America and was about a boy and this old, rather odd guy, the kind who you might suspect was a pedophile or something but I don't think he was, anyway they both had telekinesis or telepathy or something and there was this government agency trying to find the old guy!. The agency would drive through town and the old guy and would tell the kid to get down and clear his mind, I think this part was referenced in GTA: San Andreas with the hippie guy!. There was also a part where the boys mum's boss raped her or at least tried and the old guy knew about it through clairvoyance or telepathy!. There was also a carnival scene and a part where the boys girlfriend broke her arm and the old guy fixed it with his psychiness!.
