A movie about little people?!

There is this movie about little tiny people and i can't think of the name!. They live in the walls of this house that is about to be demolished!. A boy discovers them and tries to rescue them!. He attempts to use his bicycle to transport them in a basket to his new home!. Anyways the little people discover there are alot more people like them!. and in the end thousands of them attack the bad guy and tie him up with ropes!. Its a weird movie to forget, but i just can't think of the name!. i want to say "The Bennigans" I dont know HELP!Www@Enter-QA@Com
