What's this movie called? Brainfart big time.?!

Okay, so this movie was in the theater like two or three months ago!. It's about where all those people get trapped in an apartment complex and there's like zombies on the inside, well it's really rabies!. And they all die!. I saw it, and I can't remember I think it starts with an E, and it's only one word!.
