Anybody know the name of this horror movie?!

I rented a movie not too long ago at blockbuster that was about a lady that either has first or she's pregnant, can't remember which!. She get into a car accident and it's her fault I think!. She goes to the hospital!. After she gets home there is a lady there waiting for her that tortures and toys with her and tries to kill her because she was the other person in the accident!. Most of the movie takes place in the house!.
