Question: Has anyone seen the movie twelve monkeys!?
i just got done watching it and it was a little bit confusing but i did understand the plot!. some questions i have though is why is it called twelve monkeys!? was he the 12th person sent back to see what caused the virus!? when he recieved a pardon what did that mean!? and last the women on the plane at the very end of the film it looked like she was the one lady throughout the movie!?

No, I think Terry Gillam just like the phrase "Twelve Monkeys" when he heard it in the sentence "Army of the Twelve Monkeys"!. It's a bit of a (purposeful) red herring to throw the audience off from the fact that the Army of the 12 Monkeys weren't the bad guys at all - just like how Bruce was thrown off from that fact in the movie!.

I think these "pardons" were just false promises made the forced volunteers, so they would think they actually had a reason to do a good job!. I don't really think there was ever going to be any "pardon" at all!.

That's right, she was!. There were a bunch of the other scientists from the future in the airport too!.
Since Bruce had done his job (which, as you correctly pointed out, was to find what caused the virus, and where it started), the scientists had traveled back in time and were there to see if they could stop the spread of the virus throughout the world!. I think she was there to kill the guy before he could complete his trip around the world!.
Or maybe she was just there to talk to the guy and get a better idea of what the virus was - after all, they said you can't change the future!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

"The Army Of The Twelve Monkeys" was the name of brad pitts animal rights group that Bruce Willis thought was responsible for releasing the virus for most of the movie!.
2~~ When he received a pardon he could have been released from Jail!. He was in Prison when he was chosen to go back in time for the missions!. He refused the pardon so that he could go back to 1996 and stay there for good!.
3~~~Yes the lady in the plane at the end of the movie was one of the scientist from the future!. Once Bruce Willis found out that the red headed man was the one carrying the virus, that info was known by the scientist in the future and they sent the lady back to "track the source"!. It seems confusing because she appeared so quickly, but they eluded to the whole once you know when something in the past happened, you can send someone to that exact moment of the event!. It was where Bruce Willis partner gives him the gun and Bruce Willis says "how did you know ,I just found out 30 seconds ago" and the man responds " 30 seconds, 30 years, whats the difference!?"
