Looking for the name of an old Horror movie from the 70s or 80s.?!

The scene I remember most is a bus load of children are on their way back home and the bus stalls on a bridge and a fog rises!. The kids disappear and everyone is looking for them!. The only other thing I remember is that when the kids showed up again, they looked like zombies and their fingernails were black!. They kept trying to get everyone to hug them and when they did, they were charbroiled!.


And it is NOT "The Fog"!!! It's very similiar but not the same movie!.
