Movie about commandos, what's the title?!

Halo all!. I need to know the title of a movie which has a team of commandos crammed in a small car being chased by a tank with wheels which kept firing its machine guns at the car!. The chase occured in a town somewhere in the Middle East, as I recall the tank has Arabic wordings on it!. The small car crashed eventually and thinking that the passengers had perished, the tank slowed down!. One of the commandos in the car then rolled out and shot the tank with a Stinger missile he stole from the enemy militia!. The tank was then destroyed!.
