In what movie does a character yell at those around him for feeding off his bril!

I cannot remember what movie this scene is from! There's some character, i think it's a man but it could possible be a woman, who is brilliant at something (either acting or writing or being an artist or a bohemian or something)!. This character is totally beloved by the rather mainstream group around him/her!. At last, though, he/she is fed up with being venerated, and becomes very angry!. He/she yells a speech that goes something like, "Stop leeching off my brilliance! You're all leeches! You're feeding off me because you are nothing on your own! You have to live without me feeding you all the time!"
