The movie is Hard Candy with Ellen Page!. It is one of the most suspenseful movies I have ever seen!. I was literally on the edge of my seat the entire movie, and I think that it was the perfect movie for Page before Juno!. Give me your thoughts!. I was the same way when I watched the movie, I could barely move!. I think she played the role perfectly!. The way the movie was shot was odd, but I think thats what made it so much more intense!. The two characters were in your face the whole time!. I seriously thought she went through with the castration, and I thought I would be sick, but I still couldn't stop watching it! I told several people about it, it was the most disturbing movie I've seen in a while!. You felt sorry for the guy for all of a second, then you felt justified by the end!.!. it was insane!. That's actually one of my fav films, I love that I cared so much about Hayley's safety and then all of a sudden you realize it's all a set-up, just brilliant!. The film relies so much on the acting abilities of the 2 stars and both do an amazing job!. To those who were asking No she does not castrate him she just pretended to, he said "I'm all there" when he sits up so you know she never did it!. She just numbed him and put a clamp on his balls!. This is a film where I see a lot of people discussing who the bad guy really was Hayley for hunting Jeff or Jeff for being a pedo/helping in a murder, I personally think Jeff was the bad guy, there is more than enough proof that he did in fact participate in a murder and it's shown multiple times in the film that he is a pedophile or at the very least collecting child porn!. You actually learn almost nothing about Hayley during the film, you never find out her name, age, nothing at all!. There has been some debate on whether or not she is even real, some people think she is being imagined by Jeff and she is his guilt forcing him into suicide!. That's an interesting theory, not one that I believe but it's certainly very interesting!. Sorry I am rambling, anyway great film haha, it's by far my fav Ellen Page film and my fav Patrick Wilson film (even though Little Children was amazing)!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I really enjoyed the film, but my experience seeing it was creepy because I took a girl who had been sexually abused and it was disturbing how much she enjoyed seeing Patrick Wilson get tortured!.

I loved that movie! I think it's such a shame that all anyone knows about Ellen Page is that Juno movie!. Hard Candy was excellent!. You should rent An American Crime if you get a chance, she was amazing in that too!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
It's a very good movie, I like it a lot!. It came out a while ago though, which is why it's not currently a hot topic for conversation!. Ellen Page gave a great performance!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

there was a lot of talk about it when it came out because of its subject matter!. Ultimately it failed financially and socially because it was generally considered nothing special and had an independent distributor!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I thought it was ingenious!. I especially liked the 'Little Red Riding Hood Goes Apeshit on the Big Bad Wolf" storyline!. The colors were gorgeous, the general cinematography, and Page is ******* brilliant!Www@Enter-QA@Com
