Do you notice when hollywood makes a movie about another country all
the actors speak english with an accent!? for example a movie about wwII
will have english speaking actors speaking english with a fake german accent!? if germany made a film about america during the war do they have german actors speaking german with an american accent!?

Good question!. It doesn't always apply, though: for example, Tom Cruise in Valkyrie (speaking English with no German accent) and the cast of The Beast (speaking English with no Russian accent)!.
I've seen American movies in German and they speak straight German without an American accent!. I don't know that other countries would do an American accent, unless it's for comedic purposes!. Which makes me wonder: Why does America do it, and why doesn't anyone else!?
Similarly, why are Asian movies required to be overdubbed by American voice actors doing bad Asian accents!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
