Question: Are there any scenes in any movies that portray what being on drugs is like!?

*Dazed & Confused-- marijuana
*Requieum for a Dream-- cocaine addiction
*Boogie Nights-- just the high and behavior of cocaine effects
*Trainspotting-- heroin and addiction to heroin
*Candy-- (Heath Ledger and Abbie Cornish) a relationship b/t two heroin addicts; shows the high and the addiction
Spun-- crystal meth
*Pulp Fiction-- there's a scene in there that will clearly define for you the difference b/t cocaine and heroin! if you've seen the movie, you know what scene I'm talking about!
*Reality Bites-- marijuana; there's a hysterical, but too true scene where Winona Ryder spends about three days on the sofa, then is crying/fighting w/ Janeane Garafalo that SO explains the effects of pot; that scene doesn't show her toking though
*Wonderland (about the "Wonderland" murders and John Holmes', the porn star, involvement)-- cocaine abuse/high/ addiction
*Half Nelson (Ryan Gosling was nominated for an Oscar for his realistic portrayal of a crack addicted teacher)
*Drugstore Cowboy (w/ Matt Dillon; shows prescription drug/opiate addiction; fyi: dilaudid, which they use in the movie, is very similar to oxycontin, which didn't exist when this movie was made)
*Walk the Line (prescription/pill abuse and addiction-- think he was hooked on speed)
*The Wackness-- marijuana
*Dolores Claiborne-- painkillers
*Empire Records-- really funny LSD scene where Gwar makes an appearance
*Traffic-- great movie about all aspects of illegal drugs & great cast, but Erika Christensen's portrayal of being on and addicted to crack is profoundly realistic and disturbing
*Scarface-- cocaine
*Goodfellas-- cocaine
*watch the tv show "Intervention" on Mondays, 8pm central, on A&E
*Little Miss Sunshine-- grandpas heroin habit
*Magnolia-- cocaine addiction
*Life with Judy Garland: Me and My Shadows (tv movie, but great biopic; pills)
*The Royal Tennenbaums-- mescaline and speed
*Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas-- EVERYTHING
*Blow-- cocaine
*The Panic in Needle Park (fyi: stars Al Pacino and came out in theaters just before The Godfather, so it was when he was still just a nobody; heroin addiction-- great movie)Www@Enter-QA@Com
