have you ever noticed how rap insults women in their songs
calls them b**ches and ho es and basically talks about just having sex with them and doing nothing else

and rock holds women in such high reguard and talks about how precious they are and protecting them etc etc and very rarely do you hear them say anything bad

im not telling you not to listen to rap i have no right to do that this is a free country and blah blah blah
but girls: what are you thinking when your singing along to the lyrics of a rap song and he's talking about all he wants if for you to suck his d*ck then he's done with you.
is that funny to you? do you find it amusing? is it just ok for us to walk all over you in such a maner?

to the person who posted above me, i believe he asked for rap songs, beyonce is not rap, shakira is not rap, weird al sure as **** isn't rap. If you can't find 10 true rap songs that don't glorify money, gang banging, drugs, and aren't demeaning to women thats probably because there aren't any, except maybe mos def, or run dmc.
Rap lacks true originality today, the only thing that matters is selling records, not creating good music.
