What song is this?

I can't remember much of it, sounds like rock/alternative. It's a guy vocalist and the video's got a cute little girl. The guy starts singing something that sounds like "Why don't you like me, Why don't you like me, Why don't you like me?" and everytime he says it he goes higher and higher with his voice.

I'm not sure if that's what he says, i'm trying to find out what the song/band name is. If anyone knows please post.
